After 17 years of dedicated service, Mary Heafy is retiring from The Arc. Throughout her tenure, Mary has been a steadfast advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, contributing her time, expertise, and compassion to advance The Arc’s mission. Her commitment, leadership, and deep care for the community have left a lasting impact on the organization, the people it supports, and her colleagues. Mary’s legacy of service will continue to inspire The Arc community for years to come.
